We LOVE vacation time! This year we had a really long vacation since it ended up being Easter the same week. Easter weekend was very busy! Friday we went to Paps and Bebe's and played with the kitties and fed the birds. Saturday T and I went to Cedar Hill Farms to go ride the tractor, hunt for eggs, and go to the petting zoo. T had a BLAST. He loves donkeys and thinks his Doc and Nix should get one for the farm :) Then we dyed eggs that night. What an experience. I had no prepared myself for the disaster to come! HA. Dying eggs with a toddler is MESSY!!! It was fun but we were done very quickly :) Easter morning Ts Granny and Pappy came over and T got to get all his goodies from the Easter bunny. T learned that he loves Cadbury eggs and he can get the wrappers off all himself! Once we got ready we headed to the farm to go hunt eggs at Doc and Nix's and spend the night so we could head out for the BEACH the next morning. T had a blast finding the eggs and chasing chickens AND taking a shower OUTSIDE! T now loves showers and wants to take one everyday, if not more than once a day. We don't have a cool outside shower but the inside one will do. Monday morning we headed out and T did GREAT for the long trip. So proud of that sweet big boy. We had such a good time on our vacation. T loves the sand and water. He also enjoyed chasing the seagulls :) Can't wait til next year!!
