Another Tanner Adventure

We have decided that Tanner really likes attention :) The same day that we had the 4D ultrasound, apparently Tanner decided he still needed to get some attention. I woke up around 1:30 and had some bleeding. We thought this was over since it hasn't happened since February. Since it has been so long since it has happened I decided to just go ahead and head to the hospital. Thank goodness it was Wednesday night and Ricky is off on Thursdays. We got in a room around 3 and they hooked me and Tanner up to the monitors and we waited for the ultrasound tech to come and make sure that everything looked good. Tanner did not stop moving the whole entire time we were there. I think he liked to hear himself on the monitor :) Everything on the ultrasound looked good but then they said I was having contractions. They were mild and I didn't have a clue, didn't feel a thing. They said at 28 weeks we had to get them stopped though. They took some blood and hooked me up to an IV. We got fluids for about an hour and then had to wait to see the doctor on duty. It was a doctor I had not seen yet but she was great, just like all the others we have seen throughout this crazy abnormal pregnancy. They said they contractions had stopped so we were getting to go home but I had to follow up with my doctor the next day and I needed to go home and stay in bed for the remainder of the day. Not a problem! I only got 2 hours of sleep that night and we did not leave the hospital until around 8 that morning.
However, Daddy never has problems sleeping while we are there :)

I followed up with my doctor and we had another ultrasound. Everything still looks fine and Tanner is 2 pounds 7 ounces!! :) I finally got my results back from the glucose test and I passed but they said barely! So I was concerned with Tanner being overweight. He is only 32% in weight so she said that was good, better to be lower than higher. So looks like Tanner is growing right on track. I have gained about 10 pounds at this point. If we don't have anymore problems I will go back in 2 weeks and we will get another ultrasound. 10 more weeks. I am hoping he has had enough attention for now and maybe he can just be calm the next 10 weeks :) I can't believe it will be time in 10 weeks!

Of course we bought more clothes, whats new :)

Guess who picked this one out?? like father like son lol :)
